How to use the ticket system Print

Q: What is the ticket system?

Q: How do I open a ticket?

A: The ticket system is a two way communication platform tool so that our engineers and you can communicate on any one issue. Its designed to allow many engineers to work on the issue so that it may be resolved in a quick manner.

You should open one ticket per specific issue, do not bunch or group requests into one ticket. If the issue is related to another ticket you may reference that other ticket number in the new ticket.

To get started click the blue '?' to the left of this article.

step1

Enter all information in the nine steps of the next screen.

Don't forget to save! (step 9)

step2

Make sure you get the blue confirmation bar.

step3

......and check your email to confirm your ticket has been received.

Note your ticket number.

step4

You will get UPDATE emails as we progress through your ticket, make sure to always reply to requests for information into the ticket system.

Note that priority levels 6 and above will be charged at 2 x your normal hourly rate.

If you prefer to followup you ticket with a phone call, be sure to have your ticket number.

You may also check the status of any ticket by clicking here, enter in the requested information.
