Click on the Remote Support link, and download and save to a location on your computer (desktop perhaps)

Then double click on the newly downloaded file.

Click Run

Select English (if not already selected)

Click OK

Click Next

Accept the agreement and click Next

Click next

Click Install

wait through the extraction.

Click Finish.

CrossLoop will now start. Generally you will not have to do install again, and will simply launch the application when you need support in the future.

Click Skip.

You are now ready to connect, read the access code to our technician and hit connect.
