To extract the data from a protected file make sure you have 7-Zip installed at outlined in Part 1
then
Right click the file you received (via email or otherwise)
Select 7-Zip and then Extract to "The file name\"
Enter the same password that was used to secure the files. You will need to get this from the sender.
This will create a new folder containing the files transmitted in a secure and protected manner.
